In order to share the essence of the EMBA program with more colleagues, to have more like-minded partners and peers, and to let everyone collide with each other to create more brilliant ideas, on July 23, 2022, Executive Vice President Peng gave a speech on "concentrated EMBA management training", and all the middle and senior leaders of Deming Auto Parts participated in the training. Everyone is very much looking forward to this training and arrived at the training room early, waiting for a day of study.

In the morning, Mr. Peng shared the first theme of strategic design: sharing the concept of doing a good job of benchmarking, benchmarking, and selecting a high altitude. Let's fully understand war (doing: what to do, how to do) and strategy (not doing: bad strategy, no strategy). Choose the high and good as the standard, and demand high requirements and high standards to make yourself better.

Three colleagues from the Production Department and the Procurement Department shared their feelings and gains, and shared their understanding of "war" and "strategy" from their own perspective. To do "strategy" is to have choices, implement the good ones, avoid the bad ones, and choose the best ones, so that good steel can be placed on the cutting edge and things can be done best.

After a short rest, Mr. Peng shared the second theme of performance management: identifying "indicators" and "objectives"; Do a good job of opening up sources and reducing expenditure; "If you don't make two holes, you'll get more for more work.". Mr. Peng raised a question: Which departments belong to those that can be "open source"? In fact, every department such as the Marketing Department, the Procurement Department, the Production Department, and the Administration Department can participate in "open source".

Colleagues from the Human Resources Department, PMC Department, and Quality Department shared their understanding of performance. The Human Resources Department believes that enterprises and departments should identify "indicators" and "goals" and do a good job of corresponding KPIs around the center of "increasing revenue and reducing expenditure.". The PMC Department and the Quality Department also state their understanding and expectations for performance from the perspective of their respective departments.

In the afternoon, Mr. Peng shared the third and final theme of this training: user strategy: achieving customers. Doing everything well and satisfying customers is our pursuit, and achieving customers is actually achieving ourselves. Don't use fixed thinking to think and do things. Believe in yourself that everything is possible, and use growth thinking to think and do things. As you grow, you will also find that you have achieved something.

The partners in the marketing department also shared their insights in their work with us, and we also had discussions. The collision and sparks of thinking have enabled everyone to have a further understanding and understanding of the Deming culture.

After a day of recharging, we learned a lot of new ideas and perspectives from Mr. Peng, which enabled us to have a meaningful day and deepen our understanding of corporate culture. We are now full of positive energy and energetic to meet new challenges and embark on a new journey!
