Review of Zhejiang Deming Annual Gala

As the warm winter sun shines and the New Year bell is about to ring, all members of Zhejiang Deming gathered together to usher in the 2025 Annual Gala themed "Lean First, Steadily Build a New Journey" on February 11.

I. Pre-Gala Warm-up: Leadership Guidance & Warm Welcome

At 2:00 p.m., the enthusiastic atmosphere of the gala spread in advance. Different from the usual check-in scene, company leaders arrived early and stood in two neat rows to welcome employees at the entrance.

After the leadership welcome session, the fun fair officially started. 11 game booths quickly attracted crowds with constant laughter:

Blindfolded Gong Strike tests sense of direction; New Year Gift Ring Toss brings back childhood memories; Quick Hands Challenge pushes reaction limits;

New Year Blessing conveys good wishes; Golden Clip for Ingots symbolizes prosperity; Lucky Fishing for the Year of the Horse holds New Year expectations;

There are also creative Red Packet Rubbings, atmospheric Photobooth Area and traditional Sugar Painting Booth, allowing everyone to gain happiness and strengthen bonds through interaction.

Everyone who completed the games received delicate gifts, and the top 50 winners who passed 4 games got exclusive surprises. Staff at the check-in desk carefully distributed raffle tickets for the upcoming lucky draw.

II. Gala Opening: Resonant Songs & Firm Original Aspiration

At 15:00, with the wonderful opening of the hosts, the gala officially began. All members stood up and sang "Ode to the Motherland" together. The passionate melody echoed in the venue, inspiring patriotism and corporate responsibility in everyone’s heart.

Speech by Executive Deputy General Manager Peng

Mr. Peng reviewed outstanding achievements in 2025 including sales growth and a 55% increase in new product development, pointed out existing management issues, and clarified the 2026 "Foundation Building" strategy and "Three Lean Management" direction.

Speech by General Manager Zhou

Mr. Zhou affirmed the dual growth of operation and management and the completion of the new factory in 2025, emphasized that quality is the lifeline, and required management to take the lead to promote 2026 development with seven guidelines.

The speeches of the two leaders affirmed past achievements, clearly recognized existing problems, and planned future development. Every word was full of expectations for Deming and trust in all members, inspiring everyone to forge ahead together.

III. Honor Moment: Shining Stars & Tribute to Excellence

The warm commendation session honored various advanced models, from long-serving employees to ambitious strivers, from outstanding individuals to excellent teams. Every honor affirmed hard work and responsibility.

27 five-year employees received 100g pure silver medals; 7 ten-year meritorious employees received 60g pure silver medals plus 10g pure gold bars, in tribute to their long-term company and dedication.

Individual awards included Outstanding Employee, Excellent Team Leader, Excellent Manager, Sales Elite, Process Practice Model, Technology Innovation Model, Learning & Growth Model, and Delivery Pioneer. Team awards included Excellent Team and Team Management Progress Award.

IV. Passionate Moment: Military Order Like Mountain, Mission Must Be Achieved

If the commendation was warm, the military order ceremony ignited passion. It was a solemn commitment for all Deming members and a solemn oath toward 2026 goals:

1. Deming Pioneer Volunteer Team took the lead with high spirits, holding the team flag high, showing courage and dedication, winning warm applause.

2. Department heads took the stage to announce 2026 department goals forcefully. When they shouted "Military order like mountain!", team members responded "We will deliver!" The voice resounded through the venue, showing great unity.

3. Finally, department leaders and Mr. Zhou took the oath together: "Military order like mountain!" All members stood up and responded firmly: "We will deliver!" At this moment, responsibility and mission took root in everyone’s heart, injecting strong motivation for the new year.

V. Happy Time: Wonderful Performances & Lucky Draw

The dinner officially began. Mr. Zhou delivered a toast and New Year wishes, filling the venue with a warm and joyful atmosphere.

Various departments presented diverse performances: dances, choirs, solos, sketches, magic shows, etc. Fun interactions and games created strong festive vibes. The exciting lucky draw pushed the atmosphere to a climax, with generous prizes including towels, quilts, home appliances, mobile phones, and electric vehicles unveiled one after another. Finally, Mr. Zhou personally drew the grand prize — a MacBook, plus two extra 10,000-yuan red packets. Every lucky winner brought cheers and joy across the venue.

With laughter and surprises, Deming 2025 Annual Gala came to a successful conclusion. This grand event was a warm review of the 2025 journey, a sincere tribute to every Deming member, and a grand launch for the 2026 new journey.

In the new year, all Deming members will unite and work hard, build development with lean thinking, strive for a better future with perseverance, and write a new chapter for Deming, forging ahead toward the vision of "becoming a global benchmark in the full-range automotive control arm manufacturing industry"!
