Process improvement in the third quarter

In order to further stimulate the enthusiasm of employees for innovation, continue to promote rationalization suggestions, process improvement, and in-depth development of process innovation activities, on the evening of October 27, Deming Company organized a process improvement results presentation meeting for the third quarter of 2022 in the conference room. The company's Chairman Zhou Shisen, Executive Vice President Peng Liangdong, Chief Technical Engineer Lei Zhen, Chief Financial Officer Huang Jin, and managers of various departments served as judges. A total of 45 team leaders and above from various departments participated in the meeting. The jury conducted a selection of the 9 projects applied for, and after intense competition, the famous and secondary awards were finally selected.    

Selection activities

Since February 2022, Deming Company has conducted a company-wide collection and selection of rationalization suggestions, process improvement, and process innovation projects, which have received positive responses from various departments and the active participation of employees. After the selection activities in the first and second quarters, various departments summarized their experience and deeply explored, and the projects selected by various departments in the third quarter were more innovative. The 9 items submitted by the 9 units described in detail the background of their respective projects, the process of improvement, the actual effects of improvement, and the benefits generated.

Executive Vice President Peng Liangdong fully affirmed this activity, believing that these suggestions and process improvement achievements fully reflect the wisdom and innovation consciousness of the company's employees. He hoped that everyone would actively exert their subjective initiative in future work and solve practical problems in their work. He proposed three requirements for the next batch of activities: first, to mobilize all employees to contribute ideas and suggestions for the development of the enterprise, stimulate employees' passion for doing business through innovation and efficiency creation, and make the enterprise full of vitality. The second is to guide and motivate employees to improve their independent innovation ability, continuously improve the quality of rationalization suggestions and process improvement, and promote the high-quality development of the company. The third is to promote and apply innovative achievements to practical work, allowing employees' wisdom to unleash maximum energy, create greater value, and inject new impetus into the development of the enterprise.

Chairman Zhou Shisen affirmed the nine projects submitted for evaluation in the third quarter, and hoped that each department could take this as a starting point and make greater contributions within their respective departments in the future. At the same time, it is pointed out that in the future, the company should further promote rationalization suggestions and technological process improvement and innovation activities, promote the results of the activities, effectively transform them into enterprise productivity, promote enterprise technological progress, and make greater contributions to the development of safety and lean production in Deming.
