Embark on a Journey to the Mountains and Seas

To gather team strength, Deming Company organized its management team to go to Qiandao Lake, starting a team-building trip that was both joyful and meaningful. Everyone relaxed physically and mentally and enhanced friendship amidst the beautiful lakes and mountains.

01 Warm Gathering with Fireworks, Bonfire Reflecting Hearts

After arriving at Qiandao Lake, everyone started an outdoor barbecue feast. At sunset, the barbecue grills by the lake were filled with smoke, and the rich ingredients sizzled on the charcoal fire. Everyone divided the work, collaborated, shared food, and narrowed the distance between each other with laughter, feeling the warmth of the team.

The evening breeze was cool, and everyone raised their glasses to chat, letting go of work burdens and exchanging thoughts in a relaxed atmosphere, further strengthening the team friendship.

As night fell, the bonfire rose slowly. Everyone danced around the flame, participated in fun interactions, and cheers echoed by the lake. This bonfire party not only dispelled the night cold, but also made the team spirit of "gathering as a group of fire" take root in everyone's heart.

02 Cycling Against the Wind, Advancing Together with One Heart

The circular greenway around Qiandao Lake is known as "China's most beautiful cycling destination" with excellent road conditions and beautiful lakes and mountains along the way. The management team was divided into four teams, and everyone rode hard and encouraged each other. Interesting check-in and collaborative relay links were set up on the way, testing the tacit understanding and cohesion of each team.

After an intense and joyful competition, each team arrived at the finish line one after another. Regardless of the results, every member who persisted to the end received applause and recognition. This cycling competition not only allowed everyone to feel the joy of sports in nature, but also made everyone deeply understand the truth that "being strong alone is not strong; a strong team is really strong" — just like in work, only by working together and supporting each other can we overcome difficulties and achieve good results together.

03 Viewing Scenery in the Afternoon, Moving Forward Towards the Light

After the cycling, everyone rested for a while and went to the Tianyu Mountain Observation Deck together to unlock the "God's perspective" of Qiandao Lake. As the highest point of Qiandao Lake, Tianyu Mountain has a 270° panoramic viewing view. Without taking a boat, you can have a panoramic view of the magnificent scenery of thousands of islands scattered like jade in the blue waves, which is quite like the momentum of "climbing to the top of the mountain, seeing all the small mountains".

Standing on the observation deck and looking into the distance, the grandeur and softness of Qiandao Lake are intertwined, just like the development path of Deming Company, which has both the pride of riding the wind and waves and the steadiness of moving forward steadily. Everyone said that this viewing not only appreciated the beauty of nature, but also felt the power of the team. In the future, they will devote themselves to work with more enthusiasm and a more united attitude, and work together to promote the high-quality development of the company.
