Emergency Rescue Corporate Training
To fully implement the corporate mission of "Delivering Love and Safety", comprehensively improve employees’ ability of self-rescue and mutual rescue, and build a professional and efficient in-house rescue team, Zhejiang Deming Auto Parts Co., Ltd. jointly organized the annual special emergency rescue skill training with Lishui Enterprise Mutual Rescue Federation. Adopting an innovative mode of "theoretical demonstration in the morning + practical competition in the afternoon", the training enabled all employees to learn through practice and compete in training, so as to master solid emergency response skills.
Professional Demonstration with Practical Knowledge
At the beginning of the training, professional instructors from Lishui Enterprise Mutual Rescue Federation delivered a vivid and practical emergency rescue course. The training covered five core skills, with in-depth explanation and standardized operation demonstration from theory to practice:
CPR & AED Operation
The instructors elaborated on the importance of the "golden 4 minutes" for cardiac arrest, demonstrated standard procedures including consciousness assessment, chest compression, airway opening and artificial respiration, and provided one-on-one guidance on AED operation such as power-on, electrode patch placement and voice-guided steps, helping employees grasp core life-saving skills in critical moments.
Trauma First Aid & Bandaging
Targeting common workshop injuries, the eight-shaped bandaging method was taught to standardize bandaging and fixation procedures, achieve rapid hemostasis and stable fixation, and effectively avoid secondary injury.
Fire Fighting Equipment Operation
Practical skills were demonstrated in detail, including the four-step fire extinguisher operation, rapid fire hose laying, interface connection and accurate water spraying. By simulating initial fire disposal scenarios, the training ensured every employee can understand and operate fire-fighting equipment proficiently.
Trapped Personnel Rescue
Combined with the workshop working environment, key points including hazard inspection, casualty transfer and stretcher handling were explained, teaching scientific rescue methods and self-protection skills for on-site emergencies.
Skill Competition & Fierce Contest
With solid theoretical foundation, employees showed their strength in practical challenges! The emergency rescue relay competition in the afternoon pushed the activity to a climax. Divided by departments and workshops, teams of 7 members completed five relay events in sequence: fire hose connection, fire extinguisher operation, trapped personnel rescue, CPR & AED, and eight-shaped bandaging.
On the field, all teams raced against time with close cooperation. From skilled fire suppression and rapid hose deployment, to standardized CPR operation and professional bandaging, as well as safe and orderly casualty transfer, every link reflected Deming employees’ rigorous attitude, solid skills and strong team cohesion. Based on the overall completion time, the top three teams were awarded commendations, promoting learning and capability improvement through competition.
This annual emergency rescue training is a vital practice for Deming Auto Parts to fulfill the mission of "Delivering Love and Safety". The integrated mode of "training + competition" has enabled all staff to master core emergency skills, and greatly strengthened safety awareness, self-rescue and mutual-rescue capabilities, as well as team collaboration.
In the future, Zhejiang Deming Auto Parts Co., Ltd. will further strengthen safety culture construction, normalize emergency training and drills, and build a professional in-house emergency rescue team that can respond rapidly and tackle emergencies effectively, so as to build a solid safety barrier for employees’ life security and stable enterprise development.
