New Machinery Arrives, Building a New Chapter! On September 16, Zhejiang Demei Automotive Suspension Co., Ltd. reached a major milestone at its new factory — the first stamping press in the stamping workshop was successfully delivered and hoisted into place. As the first main production equipment of the new factory, it marks the official transition of the new factory construction from infrastructure phase to equipment installation and production line preparation phase.

With close cooperation between on-site staff and the hoisting team, the large stamping press was unloaded smoothly and positioned accurately. All procedures, including equipment transportation, disassembly protection and positioning, progressed in an orderly manner. The technical, production and safety & environmental teams coordinated throughout the whole process, strictly controlling hoisting safety and positioning accuracy to lay a solid foundation for subsequent equipment installation, wiring and commissioning.

The new factory is an important layout for the high-quality development of Demei. The arrival of the first stamping press is a key step in the construction of the new production line. The project team will continue to promote equipment installation and commissioning, supporting tooling and production line setup, and steadily carry out all preparations for trial production.
